1950s German mid century flush mount ceiling light by Erco Leuchten in the Art Deco style. The circular bulb holder is constructed from bakelite and supports the five brass arms which the circular plastic shade clips into a groove in the ball at the end of the curved ends of each arm. The maker's stamp is visible on the inside where the wires are hidden. The brass has been polished and overall the light is in very good vintage condition. A thin brass frame is fitted around the edge of the circular shade which is held in place with a very small screw.
Three large E27 screw in light bulbs sit inside the shade which each one at a different angle to equally distribute the light evenly over the shade. Rewired by a professional electrician and in full working order. Suitable for use with 220V and 110V.
