1970s, textured, iced-glass, space-age, ceiling flush mount. Manufactured in Germany by Glashütte Limburg. The thick textured glass shade is mounted onto a white metal ceiling plate held in place with two rectangular pieces of metal which it slots then screws onto therefore making it very easy to mount and change the light bulbs.
The light requires two E27/E26 screw-in light bulbs. I would recommend LEDs for environmental reasons because they generate less heat and last longer. Rewired by a professional electrician and in full working order. In very good vintage condition, in fact, it's almost as good as new with no chips or cracks to the glass or scratches to the metal as you can see from the images. Perfect for all smaller rooms of the home especially those with a low ceiling such as a bathroom, hallway or cloak room where height maybe an issue. Suitable for a bathroom as it's a sealed unit. 5 available - You could use a number of them in a row along a hallway.
The light could also be used as a wall light. The light also still retains its original makers label.
