1960s Set of 6 Rosewood Henning Sorensen Dining Chairs



A stunning set of 6 Rosewood dining chairs comprised of two carvers and four chairs with their backs and seats recently recovered in a thick, textured, natural oatmeal, boucle fabric. Designed by Henning Sorensen for Dan-ex in 1968.

Each chair has a very comfortable curved supporting central back panel and comfortable wide seat which is perfect for those long dinner parties.. The frames have a wonderful patina and strong rich grain highlighting the beauty of the Brazilian Rosewood.

The frames are very well-made with some minor signs of age related use.  The base of seat is marked Made in Denmark
