1960s Afromosia Teak Sideboard by Ib Kofod Larsen for G Plan



1960s G Plan Sideboard designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen. This long sideboard is very well-made from Afromosia Teak. The sideboard has two doors and five drawers of different sizes with the top drawer covered inside with felt for cutlery which also has an interior safety catch to stop the drawing falling out. There is plenty of room for storage with one adjustable shelf within each of the two cupboards.

The sideboard which was designed by lb Kofod Larsen as part of G Plan's Danish Range, an upmarket range which was well-crafted with top-quality materials. A G-Plan gold stamp is situated underneath one of the interior shelves.

The surface has been repolished and refinished.  In wonderful vintage condition and unusual to not have any sun bleaching.  Only one previous owner who kept it away from being bleached by the sun.
