1960's Danish Modern Rosewood "Ladies" Desk by Arne Wahl Iversen



Stunning 1960's Rosewood Desk by Arne Wahl Iversen for Vinde Mobelfabrik. A beautiful and functional piece with splayed legs with connecting cross supports and further feature supports to the underneath of the desk. The desk table top writing surface has two lockable drawers, of equal size, with a key beneath it. A feature shelf runs along the back of the desk with a storage drawer and three separate sections for letters, bills etc. Stamped Furniture Makers Danish Control on the side of the first drawer. Marked Made in Denmark with the manufacturers stamp on the underside. Mod no 56. The sculpted form and design makes this desk visually appealing from all viewpoints as you can see from the images. It is in excellent vintage restored condition with the most striking grain in the Rosewood.
