A stylish, functional and minimalist Vintage Swedish IKEA PS 2017 Collection table or wall lamp designed by Ola Wihlborg.
The design resembles a searchlight from WWII to spot enemy war planes overhead subsequently used for movie film premieres to attract attention to the event. The light has two screw holes set into the metal base to allow it to be easily hung on the wall or simply used as a table lamp. See images.
The light is manufactured from white lacquered metal with a plastic light diffuser secured in place with three interspersed chrome screws which can be easily released to access the lightbulb inside.
The on/off witch is situated along the white flex. A single Edison E27 screw in lightbulb is required.
In very good original vintage fully working condition with some small scratches and scuffs in places which are not very noticeable.
Perfect for most rooms of the home to illuminate a dark corner or picture.
