An unusual and striking large 1970s Belgium illuminated white glass lamp base. The interior of the white glass base, as well as the shade, illuminate making it quite the statement piece. The antiqued brass bulb fitting holds both bulbs at the top and bottom with the push button on/off switch fitted onto the top it. Around the base there is a ring of thick clear glass. The base itself is covered in cork to avert any scratching to whatever it's placed upon. The wonderful bulbous design makes it a wonderful imposing light for most rooms of the home. Rewired by a professional electrician and in full working order.
The shade is not included. I recommend shipping the item without one and purchasing another locally in order to reduce the packing and postage costs. I can obtain a quote for shipping if you wish to include it. The shade is £75.00 but as it's vintage there are some marks on it.
