1950s mid century modern Swedish stoneware glazed jug vase designed by pottery master Gunnar Nylund for Rörstrand. The vase is elegant with a slim and tall neck and handle with vertical stripes in hues of green, golden brown and an off-white around the rim and down the sides of the handle. The vase was decorated by hand with spotted glaze. Model name: ARL
Inscribed in the base Marked with: Rörstrand (logo), Sweden, GN (Gunnar Nylund) ARL (design).
I have priced this item accordingly because I believe the rim may have an historic repair. The glaze around the base is a little off as well. It is still an amazing vase. The images are part of the description.
