1960s mid century modern retro English shagpile rya rug. Made from nylon and wool in different shades of orange, green, yellow and brown. A green sun design with yellow abstract flames is woven into the centre of the rug with a number of brown circles surrounding it. The rest of the rug is a mixture of reds and orange.
This retro sixties rug will certainly be a welcome addition to most rooms of the home adding a sense of joy and bright colours and texture.
Unfortunately the original manufacturer's label is missing which I've shown in the images of the reverse. It looks like a dirty mark but it is where the label once was. In good vintage condition.
