An elegant 1950s small vintage mid century Italian minimalist brass framed glass wall mirror in the style of Gio Ponti. The mirror and frame are mounted on a wooden back painted white. The thin brass frame runs around the outside edge of the mirror and held in place with small intermittent screws. The interesting design un the shape of the top of the makes it different and more unusual giving it a different personality to others of this era. The brass has a rich deep patina with some small scratches in places especially on the edge of the top. The mirror tapers towards the bottom. A perfect addition for a hallway entryway, cloakroom, landing or bedroom.
