An incredibly sweet, romantic and charming series of black and white wall hanging disc plates designed by Bjørn Wiinblad for Nymølle, Denmark. The plates tell the love story between two people as it progresses month by month and as the relationship develops. Each ceramic pottery plate represents a month of the year and the set tells the story of them falling in love and eventually having a child in December. Each plaque is stamped with the model number and signed with Bjørn Wiinblad’s signature on the reverse. The black on white pencil drawings are very intricate with the characters dressed in 19th century attire.
