1950s Man Driving a Hansom Carriage Rhinestone Brooch

1950s figural formally dressed man wearing a top hat and carrying a whip driving a hansom cab. An umbrella shields him from the rain. A rhinestone doubles up as a light on the back of the carriage itself. The wheels are decorated with more clear rhinestones. The left hand wheel is bent at an angle to give the impression that he's driving at speed. A fun whimsical charming brooch perfect to add a little dazzle and interest to a jacket or coat's lapel. A wonderful gift perhaps for Christmas.

In good vintage condition with a wonderful golden patina.
