A large 1960s German Kaiser Leuchten dome-shaped textured glass ceiling flush mount ceiling light. The dome shade clips onto the white metal ceiling plate via three chrome feature finials. Two of the finials are fixed in place to hold the shade with the third having a coiled spring fitted to it which allows it to be pulled out and to spring back into place to hold the shade. The six alternating bulb holders - three facing inwards and three outwards allow the light to be equally shed over the shade. Six screw in E14 bulbs are required. I would recommend LED candle bulbs. The shade is formed from a heavy thick domed piece of textured iced glass which has a waved pattern which helps to hide the bulbs. Rewired and in full working order. A perfect light for every room of the home especially for those with low ceilings. In very good vintage condition with some tarnishing to the chrome finials.
