A stunning space-age, futuristic, 1970s German Doria Leuchten amber glass & brass globe hanging ceiling light.  The clear glass has a hint of amber which is more pronounced where the six lightening inclusions occur around the bottom half of the globe.  The globe is suspended from a brass fitting where the lightbulb sits beneath inside.  A matching vertical brass tube conceals the wiring and workings where the flex meets the globe. The light is suspended from a white flex which can be shortened or replaced with a longer version if you prefer it to hang lower according to your specifications.  In the very good vintage condition with no chips or scratches to the glass and only one or two small areas of age-related wear to the brass.

I will replace the original ceiling cup as it's cracked but save it for you because the manufacturer's German label is inside.  This light is often incorrectly identified as an Italian Mazzega light when in fact it is a Doria Leuchten.  The design is very similar to those of Mazzega.

The fixture requires one E27/E26 screw in lightbulb with 60W max. I have used an amber filament lightbulb which enhances the colour of the glass globe. In full working order.  The wiring has been checked by a professional electrician.
