Mid Century Modern 1970s German Peill & Putzler lozenge-shaped frosted glass wall light. The frosted cloud-like white swirls around the grey tinted glass are similar to those around the Galaxy and the planet Saturn. The pattern is set on the silky exterior of the glass. Made from very high-quality glass and in a very good almost new condition.
The shade clips onto a white lacquered metal fixture plate. Two clips on the top and bottom on either side. The plate features the original manufacturer's label. The shade also features the Peill & Putzler small clear adhesive label.
The fixture requires a single Edison E14 screw in lightbulb. The lightbulb is not included.
Rewired and in full working order.
4 available. I have taken images of each one separately because the "frost" pattern across the shade is slightly different on each one. The lights could be used either horizontally or vertically. Perfect for most rooms of the home.
