A stunning and extremely stylish pair of circa 1940s Swedish Art Deco zebra wood and burr walnut stained veneer club chairs. The armchairs have been completely restored and taken back to their wooden frames with new springs and reupholstery.
Reupholstered in Romo Group's - Mark Alexander "Burnt-Sienna" fabric from their "Plush" velvet range. Made from 63% mohair and 37% cotton. "Luxurious yet highly durable, long-pile Angora goat mohair velvet, with a remarkably soft texture"
The frames have gorgeous contrasting colour tones emphasising the wonderful grain patterns. The armchairs are comfortable yet firm having been recently re-sprung.
In very good vintage condition. In the style of Axel Larsson.
