Pair of 1960s German Kaiser Leuchten space age wall lights or sconces.
Each wall light features a pair of sputnik opaline glass globe shades on either side of an off-white lacquered tubular metal column. The wall light is fixed to the wall with a metal bracket with a small screw at the top and bottom which secures it in place and are easily releases when access is required.
The opaline glass globe shades diffuse the light beautifully with no glare whatsoever. Considering they're from the 1960s the wall lights have a contemporary look to their design. The lamps are of very high quality with no scratches or chips to the lacquered metal or to the glass shades. Perfect for bedside lights or the wall of a living or dining room. Most rooms of the home really.
The globes clip and release from the frame easily to access the lightbulbs. A single Edison E14 screw in lightbulb is required within each globe. 4 in total. Rewired and in full working order.
